Bed Time Breathing Exercise

A simple exercise to help calm your mind and allow you to fall asleep.

  1. Exhale through the mouth
  2. Inhale through the nose for 4 counts
  3. Hold your breath for 7 counts
  4. Exhale through the mouth for 8 counts
  5. Repeat
  6. Sleep
